Even if you crank up all the sliders to 255/255/255 you end up with a sort of dark silver. The closest I could get to blonde, for example (255/215/0) is more like a dull gold.

As other people said in the comments, there's RGB values you can adjust to make the hair color closer to blonde. You can find a woman sitting in her bed chamber near the top of the Cathedral of the Deep, she can alter your appearance provided you have an item called a pale tongue which are easy enough to find.

Is there any mod to fix the Hair color (Character Creation)? I've been searching for the net and subreddit and yeah, the colors on this games are fucked up, and getting a blonde or a white blonde similar to the firekeeper hair is impossible. So I wonder if there is any mod to fix that.

I don't have the sliders in front of me, but I want to say that the Firekeeper's hair, being a very pale blonde, would have R at 255, G at the high end around 200-245, and B would be lower, adjusted for preferred level of brightness/saturation. Somebody said 255 255 200 would get you that color in another subredit. I'll have to try that. KajusX.
